Terms of use and sale

These terms apply when you use this shop or buy from Construction Technologies Group, LLC ("CTG Supply", "we"). By opening a trade account or placing an order, your company agrees to them. Signed agreements, credit applications and written quotes from CTG Supply take precedence where they differ.

Trade accounts

  • The shop is for businesses buying for their own use or resale. We review every account application and may decline or close an account.
  • Your account administrator controls who can order for your company. You're responsible for orders placed by your users and for keeping sign-in details private.
  • Prices, credit limits and payment terms are set per account and may change. Account pricing is confidential between your company and CTG Supply.

Orders and prices

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or correct an order with an obvious pricing or listing error, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, freight and special services unless shown. Items marked "contact us" are quoted per project.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Manufacturer price changes may apply to orders that ship after a quote expires.
  • Stock and lead times shown are estimates from our warehouse and suppliers, not guarantees.

Payment

  • Accounts on terms pay invoices by their due date. Past-due balances can place orders on hold.
  • Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Tax-exempt purchases need a valid resale or exemption certificate on file.

Delivery, returns and warranty

  • Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect shipments on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt; report shortages or damage within 48 hours.
  • Returns need our approval first. Special-order and non-stock items may not be returnable, and returns may carry a restocking fee.
  • Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you claim. Except for that warranty, products are sold as described, and CTG Supply's liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or labor.

Using the shop

  • Product information, spec sheets and images come from manufacturers. We work to keep them accurate, but confirm critical specifications with the manufacturer's documents before installation.
  • Don't misuse the shop: no scraping account pricing, probing for security weaknesses, or using another company's account.
  • Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers.

Connected services

We use Intuit QuickBooks Online for our own accounting and Stripe for payments. Our use of your information with them is described in the privacy policy.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. We may update them; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
